Storage of Personal Belongings: All personal belongings (bicycles, boxes, luggage, kitchen utensils, etc.) must be kept inside your room. Items left in shared areas will be moved to a paid storage facility, and collection costs must be covered by the guest. 🛏 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘂𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝘇𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: ❌ No painting, stickers, or holes on walls or furniture. 🛏 Do not remove bedding, mattress protectors, or rearrange furniture. 🍕 Avoid eating or drinking in bed – spills can damage the linens. 🧽 Keep your belongings tidy – no clutter in shared spaces. 🚫 Don’t bring kitchen items (cups, plates, utensils) into your room. If you do, kindly return and clean them right away. 🔇 No loud music or noise – especially after 7PM. 🌬 Open your window occasionally to let in fresh air (if your room has a window that can be opened). 🍳 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱) 🍽️ 🧼 Wash your dishes immediately after use – don’t leave them in the sink. 🧴 Wipe down surfaces (counters, stovetop, table) after cooking. 🥡 Label your food in the fridge – please don’t touch others’ food/items that's not belong to you. 🗑Don’t leave trash or scraps in the sink. 🍳 Return all kitchen items to their proper place after cleaning. 💦 Don’t leave wet items (towels, dishes) on counters or floors. 🧻 Wipe greasy pans with paper towel before washing – no grease in the drain! 🛋 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹! 😊 🪑 Don’t rearrange furniture. 🧹 Take care of your personal items – don’t leave them around. 🚿 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗨𝘀𝗲 (𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱) 𝗛𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀! 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀. 🚻✨ 🧼 Wipe down the sink, shower, and floor after use. 🧺 Hang your towel – don’t leave it on the floor. 🚽 After using the bathroom, please clean the toilet seat with tissue paper. 🙏 Do not leave urine or mess around the toilet — it’s unhygienic and unpleasant for other guests. Please respect everyone sharing the space. 🧼 Clean any hair from the drain or floor. 💧 Report leaks or clogs right away. 🚽 Always close the lid before flushing. 🔑 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 ⏰ Quiet hours: 10PM – 7AM 🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors or near house. 👫 No unregistered guests without permission. 🗝 Do not lose or copy the keys. Lost keys will incur a £100 replacement fee. ♻️ Follow the proper trash/recycling system. 🧳 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁: Tidy your room Clean all used dishes Take your belongings Turn off heating & lights 🔑 Lock up and place the key back in the lockbox (if your door uses a code for access, you can skip the lockbox part). ⏳ 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 & 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 🧹 Our cleaning team arrives by 10:00 AM. Late checkouts are charged £20 per hour, rounded up, at the host’s discretion. 📆 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆?
