To ensure a comfortable stay for all, we kindly ask guests to respect these house rules:
No parties, gatherings, or loud music – This is a residential area, and we respect our neighbors.
No smoking inside the property – Please use designated outdoor areas if needed.
For security purposes, an outdoor camera is placed outside the building – This ensures guest safety and property security. Check-in & Check-out – Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-approved.
Respect the space – Please leave the home tidy and treat it as you would your own.
Essentials such as toilet paper and shower gel will be provided in the bathroom upon check-in. However, it will be the guest's responsibility to replenish these items during their stay, as needed.
